    Excellent service! The two guys who delivered the mattresses and beds were very fast, professional, and respectful. They handled everything with care and made the delivery smooth and easy. I really appreciate their great work. Highly recommend!

    Rico was incredibly helpful throughout our visit. Our kids had a great time playing while we shopped for a mattress and pillows, which made the experience so much more enjoyable. We also got a fantastic deal. Highly recommend!

    Very pleasant and set up was quick also I like that we can follow when they'll be here so you dont have to sicaround and wait. One issue is someone forgot to tell them to pick up part of the delivery at the clearance store.

    I am deeply frustrated with the service from AB Appliance Service. I just want my new fridge (purchased June 5th from the Brick Outlet) to function properly, but instead, I got a runaround, guesswork, and highly inappropriate customer service. The Service Failure Mickey came out for the initial visit but failed to fix the issue. He showed up with a replacement fan, assuming that was the problem, and left without telling me. The loud noise from the fridge persisted. When I called back, I was told over the phone that it needed a "new condenser" based solely on my description. I expressed concerns that they were guessing and swapping parts based on phone descriptions rather than having a qualified technician properly troubleshoot on-site. This method undoubtedly leads to high repeat visits and a terrible customer experience. Hostile and "Sketchy" Management I was then contacted by "John," who tried to claim Mickey had run a diagnostic and found no issue—completely contradicting the office telling me it was the condenser. When I challenged whether a basic diagnostic would pick up on something like motor vibration from a loose screw, John became defensive. The interaction quickly deteriorated: Video Request: John asked me to send a video of the noise. I explained that ambient noise and microphone quality might not capture it accurately and that I didn’t want a video used as an excuse not to send a technician. John dismissively replied, "Oh, so it's not that loud," completely twisting my words. Secret Recording: When I tried to re-explain, he cut me off and said, "Sir, it doesn't matter, this conversation is being recorded." I was never informed the call was being recorded until it was used as a tool to intimidate me. It was also clearly a forwarded call to a personal cell phone. Zero Accountability: When I told John I didn't want him coming to my house because of his sketchy comments, he didn't apologize. Instead, he snidely said, "Oh, you want another company to come? No problem." Final Verdict Management at AB Appliance Service needs to have a serious sit-down with "John." Some of his comments and behavior during that call were borderline hostile. Avoid this company if you expect professional troubleshooting and respectful communication.
