  I don't usually write reviews, but recently had a ton of issues with a few different pairs of Meta glasses, and after getting a brand new pair just before relocating the US for work, they stopped working after only a couple weeks. I went to the Sunglass Hut in the states, and that was useless, then called their customer service and they couldn't do anything except tell me to go back to the Canadian store, which I wasn't going to be able to do before the 30 day return window, but I spoke to the manage, Sera, and she was wonderful, as she had been in the past, and despite going months without my Meta glasses down south, I came back to Canada recently and stopped in and between her and the sales associate Sebastian, I was taken care of with a replacement pair and a restarted 1 year protection package on the new pair.

  Tayler is an amazing sales rep. I purchased my glasses by proxy and she patiently attended to me via FaceTime. Modelled several glasses to help me pick what I wanted. Taylor is friendly and it was my pleasure to meet her. I love my designer glasses ❤️

  On July 28 at approximately 4:30 PM, I visited your store and had an experience that left me feeling deeply disappointed and upset. I would like to begin by recognizing the young male employee who helped us. He was kind, patient, and professional. He explained the available promotions clearly, and because of his excellent customer service, I purchased two items from your store. I truly appreciate his assistance. Unfortunately, the behavior of two female employees completely ruined what had otherwise been a positive shopping experience. One of them appeared to be a manager or supervisor. While we were speaking with the male employee, the two women repeatedly looked at us in a disrespectful manner. As we were leaving the store, they laughed loudly in front of us and appeared to imitate or mock what the male employee had said. Their actions made me feel humiliated and extremely uncomfortable. As an Asian customer, I could not help but feel that I was being treated differently because of my race. Whether or not that was their intention, their behavior came across as disrespectful, unprofessional, and potentially discriminatory. Every customer deserves to be treated with courtesy, dignity, and respect, regardless of their race or background. No one should leave a store feeling embarrassed or unwelcome because of the behavior of its employees. I hope you will review what happened, speak with the employees involved, and take appropriate action to ensure that all customers receive respectful and professional service in the future. Thank you for your time.

  Excellent service from salesperson Desiree. I wanted sunglasses for a specific set of purposes and she provided knowledgeable advice in a pleasant and professional way. When I decided to change my style choice a couple of days later, a return and change was easy.
