- KKKomaldeep KaurNov 25, 20251.0I buy the sunglasses and I pay half by cash and half card at that time the machine is struck..they cancel the card payment ..I call after three day ..firstly they didn’t pick my call then they said you received in 5 days.. now it almost one week ..I didn’t receive..if I call they said come to store and show statements.. even I have everything..the poor customer service and I really get disappointed..I buy versace VE4436U .. so never visit this store again

- CHC HJul 2, 20211.0I took a pair of sunglasses I bought online from Sunglass Hut into this location to have them made a bit tighter by heating up the arms and bending them slightly (as I have done with every other pair). One of the sales guys came to the door, took a quick look, said he couldn’t help and to go to LensCrafters to have them tighten them. Umm what?! How lazy can a salesperson be. I went to the other location in the mall and the girl was super helpful and fixed them in 30 seconds. I wouldn’t suggest this particular location as the employees can’t be bothered to even try to help.
