  Recently purchased tennis shoes and Eric was absolutely incredible. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. He was able to give me such good options. The rest of the team that I was able to come across with were very kind and genuinely helpful. Grateful for the experience!

  My family and I went shopping, and yes, we were there right before and until closing, which we apologized for as it was our first time in the store and we were unaware of the hours. A big part of the reason we had to stay until closing is that an employee by the name of "Myra" who was wearing a Chole name tag, was hiding from myself and a family member who just wanted a different colour shoe. If the employee had performed their actions, my family would not have interrupted the evening of the staff. Then "Myra" began raising her voice and complaining about the request for a different colour. Stating that "it wasn't relevant" that we had other purchases and were on our way to check out. My family member was nothing but respectful. When we asked to speak to the manager, the employee marched up to the front to complain to her manager about us. The manager realized the conflict and intervened, and was nothing but respectful and apologetic. The other workers apologized as well for the employee's actions. The employee further raised her voice at my family, further delaying our exit, even though they were customers just trying to check out and get out of the store.

  I got a new bike and needed some accessories (a helmet and stuff), the staff here were so helpful! Lauren and her colleague (I feel awful I can’t recall her name) helped me get exactly what I needed and a helmet that didn’t make my giant head look like an even larger celestial body. The selection was decent, and the staff were amazing! I really appreciated their fun and friendly service, and we got a great deal too! Definitely will be back for some shoes soon too, great selection of shoes!

  Eric and Evelyn didn’t just help me buy a bike… they basically orchestrated a mid-life crisis with professional precision. I walked in “just looking” and somehow left feeling like I’d been recruited into the Tour de France, Red Bull Rampage, and a wilderness survival documentary all at once. Eric knows bikes at a level that honestly concerns me. I’m pretty sure this man can hear a derailleur being 0.3mm out of alignment from across the parking lot. NASA should probably borrow him for something. And Evelyn? Absolute weapon. The only person capable of making me spend money while simultaneously convincing me I was making a financially responsible adult decision. I came in for a bike and left emotionally attached to accessories I didn’t even know existed 20 minutes earlier. The customer service was so good I half expected them to tuck me into bed and read me suspension setup specs as a bedtime story. 10/10 experience. If this bike doesn’t make me athletic, attractive, and spiritually fulfilled, that’s on me — not them. Would absolutely trust Eric and Evelyn again with my financial downfall. Legends.

  Sports Life is my favourite store. They have a great selection, but what really keeps me coming back is the staff. Lauren, Violet, and Mia are always so helpful and really know their products well. Excellent customer service every time. Thanks Lauren, Violet and Mia for going above and beyond.
