  I was shopping for a small gift one day, and the experience was excellent. The staff are professional and very knowledgeable, and the store is (of course) beautiful. ✨

  Really amazing customer service by Susan! She was so welcoming and knowledgeable about all the purses and was very helpful. She offered me and my mom water too!! Super nice 😊

  A high end store that appears to use a barrier at the entrance to control and limit the number of people in store at a time. They were very friendly and warm. Offered us the VIP treatment and wasn't judgmental. Even offered to carry and put away my bags. Before people think we went in there dressed up or something, we are visiting Edmonton and I'm dressed very casually and probably look borderline homeless and have two young kids causing problems. We got some bottled sparkling water while we shopped. We found something we liked and the staff were helpful and answered every question. We didn't feel pressured in any way and was encouraged to check out brands before making a decision. After checking out the competition, we ultimately came back here because we liked it the most. Overall it was a very good experience. We may visit again if we're around these parts again and see something we like.

  Definitely it is a five stars experience. My partner surprised me with a new bag and they close the store for me and they served champagne to celebrate Valentine. What an amazing memory with this amazing store. :))

  My boyfriend and I were browsing every luxury store in the mall, when we walked out of Gucci we went to go into ysl and 2 of the sales associates saw us through the window and hid in the corner of the store instead of letting us in. We stood waiting to be let in for about 5 minutes, I think that this was rude and they likely were judging our characters because I was in pyjamas simply because we travelled from Calgary to Edmonton, and Edmonton back home which is another 6 hours. Gucci, Louis Vuitton, AND ROLEX all had no issues letting us in.. I would have just walked into ysl myself but lucky me I read the reviews on these bags because by the sounds of it, they don’t meet my standards.
