  1st time going to this place and was blown away. Great products, organized well, staff super friendly. Definitely will be back to sell my clothes there and also buy more!

  I got a lot of popular brands (such as North Face, Columbia and Calvin Klein) good-conditioned coats and sportswear and a pair of brand new adidas basketball shoes to sell in your store today, and I ended up getting only about $160. I thought the price was very unfair, so I asked the clerk for a receipt, but they refused to provide it to me. Since I have something urgent to deal with, I don't have the time to keep arguing in store and just left. I want an open and transparent statement and my receipt. Since this is my first time to sell clothes in your store, I find that the staff are very unprofessional and unfamiliar with the process (I have been waiting for a long time). They also never told me not to provide an invoice or receipt. I feel this whole thing is very shady and inappropriate. This will inevitably have a serious impact on the reputation and professional ethics of this place.

  This place is the worst for buying items. They are really picky, even though some of their clothes they have are soooo outdated or well worn. Also very UNFRIENDLY staff. Will not be coming back.

  I just wanted to say that I had the sweetest employee help me today. Her name is Paige I think. She was helpful and kind. This employee is a keeper. I would have given 5 stars but the other employees working today didn't even acknowledge my existence and all looked kind of stuck up and unprofessional.

  i always shop here when they have deals or whenever i need clothes, but i’ve found out of all the plato’s in edmonton this one is absolutely the worst. the service is terrible, they are always talking to each other and never doing their job. they never have any good clothes here either, i went one week and went back almost 2 weeks later and i saw the same exact clothes i was looking at before. i also went a couple days ago to take some clothes in at 4:30pm, i had to wait till almost 6pm to get them back and i literally saw her go through them, she took one look and was like nope. some of those items were garage shirts, lululemon capris, garage shorts, levi and american eagle jeans which none they took. meanwhile i see ripped shirts, broken zippers on pants and shein items… here’s what they paid me after i waited almost 2 hrs to get my stuff. $3.00 per item i could get more on facebook marketplace. not worth my time or even the money
