  Awful experience. The girl at the till that checked me in was extremely rude, both when I dropped off and picked up my items. Brought in a ton of clothing (lots of things I’ve only worn a handful of times), only for them to accept 2 things. Honestly a waste of time and effort to come to this location.

  I had a great experience with all of the ladies. Pleasant experience. However, I did find that a lot of the clothes were all the same. Hundreds of body shirts , racks of stretched out track pants. Parking was a tough, and it's on a one way.

  The staff was preoccupied and not at all interested in helping us out. The PRICES WERE RIDICULOUSLY HIGH FOR THE CONDITION OF THE CLOTHES.. We could get brand new last season stuff on the clearance rack for the same price or a few bucks more at the Lululemon store .

  Genuinely some of the rudest customer service I’ve ever received. The girls who work there look like they would rather be doing anything than their jobs, if and when they do talk to you it’s full of attitude. They told me an hour wait, waited over 2 just for them to review 12 items, 3 of which I bought here this past winter but apparently now are “out of date”. Huge waste of my time. I’d rather keep the bag of cloths in closet to sell on marketplace than ever experience this again. Will not be returning as a buyer or a seller.

  DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!!! Honestly don't bother with attempting to take your items to this location. They always advertise indicating that they are looking for X items. Took an entire bag of lululemon clothing here easily 50+ items and they took NOTHING!!!!! Not 1 single item. When I inquired about this they advised that they do NOT accept the following lululemon items: No Crops, no patterns, and nothing over 2 months old!!!! Please update your looking for items to include this information so people don't waste their time, also very disappointed that you bring your items in all nicely folded and when you get them back they are just in a big pile. Yet when you look at the racks there is such worn, pilled, honestly disgusting items, that I would just throw in the garbage!!!! They will take a $2 Shein items over quality items. Previously I took an entire bag of men's clothing all almost new and they took 2 items. Certainly not worth the time/effort.
