I had a bit of a miscommunication regarding an issue, and she immediately stepped in to help. She listened, understood the situation, and resolved everything quickly and professionally without making me feel like I was being passed around. Brittany’s knowledge, kindness, and willingness to help turned what could have been a frustrating experience into an outstanding one. It’s clear she genuinely cares about providing exceptional customer service and making sure every customer leaves happy. If you’re shopping at this Lululemon, I highly recommend asking for Brittany. She truly knows what she’s doing and is a fantastic example of what great customer service looks like. Thank you again for going above and beyond!

And the employee that help us ask the manger, and the manger I believe his name was ozzy who was not that far from us proceeded to say to the employee that was helping us “ we run a strict policy here sorry “ so loud in laughing obnoxious way, like were’s the professionals in this store. I understand that there’s a strict policy and has someone who works in retail I get that. But there way no need to say it like that when we’re literally in hearing distance. Don’t waste your time here just got to WEM or Southgate for actual professional people
