- CJChris JoneOct 2, 20261.0Extremely disappointing experience with the management at this location. There is a manager/senior staff member who is consistently rude, arrogant, confrontational, and shows very little respect for customers. She repeatedly imposes arbitrary and changing restrictions on what customers are allowed to purchase, even going through customers’ items during checkout and instructing the cashier to remove products from their purchases. I previously encountered the same person at the Southgate Centre location, where I experienced similar issues with unnecessary purchase restrictions. What is most concerning is the apparent inconsistency in how different customers are treated. I cannot know the reason behind it, but being repeatedly singled out and treated differently has left me feeling that I may be experiencing discrimination based on race or ethnicity. This is an extremely uncomfortable and unprofessional way to treat customers. Customers deserve consistent rules and basic respect.

Highly advise that you do NOT go to this location, this is why ALO Yoga is way better, with a night and day difference! Don’t come unless you want to feel disrespected by the manager and their snobby coworkers.

She was so helpful when I was deciding what to purchase. I had to bug her a few times for different sizes and she did it with pleasure. Sorry I cannot remember your name but thank you. You are amazing! I will definitely be back! Loving what I purchased.
