  I had a great experience at the West Edmonton location. The beautiful young lady in the fitting room department was amazing! I need to go back and get a selfie with her. She was so helpful when I was deciding what to purchase. I had to bug her a few times for different sizes and she did it with pleasure. Sorry I cannot remember your name but thank you. You are amazing! I will definitely be back! Loving what I purchased.

  I just had the most amazing experience at this store, all because of the most amazing employee Clarence! Wow what an amazing worker, he helped me find everything I needed and wanted and I came out of the store so happy! Thanks Clarence you rock!

  So burned and disappointed with location and staff x 2 visits in a row - Shopped and purchased some pants in store and ordered second item with change room attendant to home for right size and colour. Received the order and the item length was ordered as short instead of regular. Went back to store today to exchange after work for correct length to be shipped a second time. I also asked to purchase an additional item with order (I could have ordered correctly myself online) - discounted colour of the same item I was exchanging; “Oh, we have that pair in store and will grab from the back”. Completed exchange order and paid for additional item at front counter, grabbed and left. Home now and it’s the right colour, size and length but the wrong STYLE of trouser. I should have known to double check the staff. Now I’m stuck with an $80 pair of pants I will never wear because they are final sale. I wish staff would spend more time ensuring details are correct. I’m sad, disappointed and out personal time and $80 of hard earned money. Hopefully the exchange order arrives correctly.

  First off my experience was incredible!! I was greeted by a beautiful, stunning, sent from heaven, gorgeous man! His smile alone brightened my day. His name was Dawson and I can’t get him out of my head!! My service was amazing until he told me he had a wife. Heart broken!!!! She is so lucky, she doesn’t know what she has!!

  I had an amazing experience with Christine, shopping with teens with awkward sizes, she found everything they wanted and more! She made the whole experience a breeze and the kids very happy too! We will be back, thanks again!!
