L.L. Bean in West Edmonton Mall is certainly not hiring people for their client services because they have absolutely none whatsoever. The store was completely empty with exception of the sales, people and us. After picking all the clothes that we wanted to try on, we went to change room and were immediately told that we could not be in the same change room at the same time in a very unpleasant, belittling and condescending tone. We are two senior women and one of us may have had a disability that needed the help of the other, but that was not asked, nor were we given a reason for this policy We were just told a very firm NO that is the rule in L.L. Bean. Two people cannot be in a change room at the same time. It was the tone of the woman and the way that she looked at us as if we were some kind of riffraff off the street that made us just dump all the clothes and leave. You have to wonder if L.L. Bean really wants customers or they believe they’re just better than anybody else and doesn’t need business Worst experience ever!!

Customer service was deplorable. Not allowing 2 people in a very large change room. Really made me feel awful. The store was empty and we were not hiding anything. We are 2 ladies in our 60s and were having a fun day shopping. We left behind probably $500.00 worth of clothing we may have PURCHASED.

Get place for out door supplies and goods. Stash is a wonderful and knowledgeable person when it comes to finding the correct thing for your out door experience.

Maureen was so lovely. She helped me pick out a few classic LL Bean pieces. She was friendly and knew exactly who I was as a shopper after a brief interaction.
