  Had a great experience at the Rolex boutique. The staff were professional, welcoming, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire visit. They took the time to answer my questions without making me feel rushed or pressured, and the overall service was exactly what you would expect from Rolex. Really appreciated the attention to detail and the way I was treated. Definitely one of the better luxury retail experiences I’ve had. Highly recommend this location and I’ll be happy to come back again.

  Thank you to David for making my Rolex experience a great one! He was always accommodating on my visits, inviting me to the Rolex section and offering water even just to chat. I recommend meeting him for your Rolex and jewelry needs and I look forward to my next purchase with David.

  Clara service is the best. I have bought watches elsewhere too but the service and knowledgeable of watches she has is exceptional. I will be back in few weeks for my wife watch and will get it from her only.

  I had a wonderful experience at GemOro. Otis and the entire staff were extremely helpful and took the time to show me a number of different watches around the store. I really appreciated being able to try on everything and compare how they looked and felt on the wrist without feeling rushed or pressured. The whole experience was friendly, knowledgeable, and relaxed. I would definitely recommend GemOro to anyone looking for a great watch and excellent service.

  My partner and I had a regrettable experience at Gemoro. We walked in and approached the nearest sales associate, asking if we can look at some Rolexes. The gentleman immediately responded by saying “sorry everything is display only”, to which I told him that we understand that already and just wanted to browse and inquire. The salesperson then let us in, standing near the door the whole time which I can only guess is because he wanted us to leave as soon as possible. We ended up choosing some display models to try on. When we discussed my profile at Gemoro, he told us that I had several models on my profile but he couldn’t tell me what they were because “all he can see are the model numbers”. When I asked him then how can I know what my name is down for, he said I need to talk to whoever set up my profile in the first place. So I then asked if next time we come in, I should just ask for the specific salesperson instead, he told me that any sales person can help me with any inquires I had (but he was effectively refusing to help me that day). This visit left me very disappointed as our salesperson was dismissive, contradictory, and passive aggressive. 2 stars because at least in my last visit the salesperson wasn’t as unprofessional.
