The staff used to be fantastic. But unfortunate, the new staff isn't so fantastic. I came to this store twice a week, but I no longer come when certain staff is working. The new staff unlike the old ones, let's me walk out without finding an alternative. Where the old staff would have found one for me. You went from great to being just like every other pot store. And before this I would have given a 5 star rating.

The store was so clean and the whole team genuinely knows their stuff. It’s nice to not have to rely on the menus since everyone knows how to get you what you want/like.
