  Wasnt able to get his name but the sales associate with the plastic leg cast is phenomenal! He was so helpful and accommodating. 10/10 shopping experience!

  They dont care about customer service. Manager lady with glasses is very rude and mean. Known for their jackets...now known for their bad customer service.

  I visited the Canada Goose store at Edmonton Mall for the very first time — it was my first time ever stepping into a physical Canada Goose store. I found this beautiful pink down jacket that I absolutely fell in love with. I went into the freezer room to test it out, which was such an interesting experience. I wanted to film it and share it on my social media — walking into the freezer, trying on the jacket, showing the whole experience. But a staff member told me their policy doesn't allow filming or photos. Honestly, this felt like such a strange and disappointing policy for a brand that positions itself as luxury. For comparison, when I bought a bag at Louis Vuitton, they poured me champagne, were incredibly polite, and let me film and photograph everything. If you're a luxury brand, you should want your customers filming and sharing their experience — not restricting it. After that comment, I just felt uncomfortable. I stopped filming, took the jacket off, and walked out. I didn't buy it — even though the pink jacket itself was absolutely beautiful, warm, and clearly high quality. It's a shame, because the product was perfect, but the experience left a bad impression.

  My husband and I always have such a great experience at this location! Susanna is absolutely wonderful! She always welcomes us with a smile and treats us like friends. She goes above and beyond to make sure our needs are accommodated and that we feel welcomed every time we visit. It’s not just the great service, but the genuine kindness and personal touch that really stand out. Susanna is a big reason we enjoy coming back to this location. Thank you for always making our visits so special!

  Went in to buy my Grandma a gift, and I walked out of there more than satisfied. Thank you to Rochelle for scheduling my appointment, as well as Mark and Queenie for helping me find the items I needed. Great team work and I have no words to truly express my experience! Highly recommend!
