  Employee name Heba? Hiba(?) was incredibly nice, she very attentive and very welcoming! I had a pleasant experience shopping here due to her warm and welcoming company. I had asked for a water and to my surprise she went into the back and got me a cup and filled it with water. It was a small act of kindness but these types of things are what makes a good employee.

  This place is totally terrible. I used to shop at this location all the time. But since they have gone through renovations in the same area, it is totally trash with new staff. Went there to buy some clothes. And asked for size check but the blonde lady be like we don't have, we don't have without even a single check in system or at the back of the store. Then, she tried to sell me while saying oh these are good prices. I mean, why would I purchase as it was not worth it because of wrong fittings. Just not her, there were another 2 staff members also doing same thing rather helping. They were just gossiping about customers. Usually older staff they used to do best things to satisfy their customers. There is a way to say things and its their job to give customers the right information in a positive .. polite way. Later on, I found myself a right size just behind the walls. I mean what the hell is wrong with them. They don't offer any help. I was extremely disappointed and left the store without purchasing anything. I would definitely say check out other location at leduc mall . But don't come here. They hired terrible staff here. I miss the older staff which was very good and overwhelmingly supportive .. helping.
