The kid that was working in the fishing section gave me a deer in a headlights look and said that nobody really will know anything till about 3 PM. He didn’t know what motors were in stock other than what was sitting on the floor on display. he could not answer any questions either. that is lousy lousy service.

I came in knowing nothing about the fishing rod+reel my fiancee had lost and that guy had so much patience and respect into helping me figure it out and the pricing. He reassured me especially when I kept losing my faith in not being able to figure it out or them not having it. He answered all my questions and just felt not judged for not knowing anything or being confused. Thank you Doug that guy needs a raise!
