Basspro in general have the dumbest policies I suggest buy your firearms else where The staff bring no actual expertise to the table example I had a friend who hunts with a 30.06 who was looking for ammunition he told the so called expert at the gun counter that he was bear hunting and the experts told him that 30.06 was way to light I myself was there tonight wanting to see a leaver action rifle the guy behind the counter picking his nose acted like it was an inconvenience There staff is not knowledgeable and they are about as woke as it gets save yourself the aggravation and go to the south side store But be prepared if you are buying a new fire arm bass pro Canada goes above a beyond the actual law with there policies you will need more then just you Pal they will demand your pal drivers license phone number address postal code The only thing required bass pro is my P.A.l bass pro not my personal information and a guy behind the counter with a pal does not make him an expert on hunting or hunting regulations Maybe pay your employees better and you might actually get employees who actually hunt and fish

I bought an online gift card here which is easier to track than a physical gift card as everyone that's worked. Retail knows this and I'm pretty sure I moved all the money to a different card because my email was compromised but lost track of where I put the e-card. So now I'm out a hundred bucks and the fraud department refuses to do anything. They refuse to even look into it for a fraud department to not even entertain a customer's request shows little care for customer experience when. Like I said, online gift cards are much easier to track than a physical gift card and I'm pretty sure I moved the gift card money to another gift card and just lost track of the code that I put the gift card on. I will never buy anything from the store again, especially with how the fraud department has has not even answered my emails after weeks and then once they do they pretty much tell you too bad. So sad and refuse to even look into the issue
