Bass Pro Shops Edmonton store is located at the Currents of Windermere, just off Terwillegar Drive and west of the Anthony Henday Drive. The 70,000-square-foot store features a two-storey Conservation Mountain, archery range, world-class Gun Library, and hundreds of wild game trophies.
I bought 4 flats of ammo - the price was $249.88 a flat - advertised
When I got to the cashier she insisted on opening every flat and scanning every box separately - that is 40 scans that all needed to be double confirmed on the computer for a PAL
It took almost 20 min to go through the checkout and when done there were 7 people in line behind me - no other cashier
Even the store manager came to see what the problem is - WHAT A STUPID SYSTEM
If you advertise a flat price - scan the flat - could have taken under 3 min to check out - and we all wasted out time and I have a receipt with 41 items on it now!

Waited at a counter near the back to look at a item behind the counter. After 20mins of being patient older gentleman employee didn't even stop and yelled at us to go to a touch screen and book an apt on it some other time. Drove 2 hours one way to get told off and ignored....Seriously get told off for wanting to ask one quick yes or no question about a product. Who employees these people?, if you hate your job, your company and your customers so much why would I ever want to support this business in the first place. I miss real outdoor stoors with kind proper customer service where the customer wasn't an inconvenience. Rant Over

The older gentleman in the fishing department was so helpful and knowledgeable. He helped my 12 year old son to get his fishing gear set up and recommended the best choice for him. He is kind, patient and a good listener... we're so glad we met him!

I bought an online gift card here and the person that went to use it and it was totally empty. I emailed the store as I've never bought an online gift card before and I've never had any issue like this. They refuse to do anything I'm assuming because they don't even reply to my email when I provided sufficient proof of purchase It's ridiculous. I'm out a hundred bucks because of this company when they could easily track who spent the gift card and where ridiculous shame on you will never buy anything here again I already have emailed the customer service email provided in the reviews and there's no reply. So are you guys going to help me or just steal my money I knew I should have went to the fishing hole my mistake as stated in my review above, I have already contacted that email with the details over a week ago with no response thank You for copying pasting the same response shows a real care for customer service
