  I have shopped with this brand for over 15 years and today has been the first time I have felt like this company doesn’t value me as a customer anymore. I called ahead to put a pair of pants on hold and drove all the way out of my way to the mall, when I got there I asked to try on the pants and what do you know, they weren’t there. I asked to speak to the manager to get an explanation on what happened and Heidi the manager was so rude to me, she kept making faces at me when I told her about the situation and she tried to dismiss me and then wouldn’t even investigate to see what happened to them or who I spoke to me on the phone the night prior. Then she decides to spend the next 10-15 minutes gossiping about me to another employee on the floor right in front of me. This is super unprofessional and a form of bullying. I guess some people have nothing better going on in their lives. This manager needs some customer service training and ethics training. Not sure if I’ll be back or not. Certainly don’t need to have to go through something like this again.

  i came in to buy some cute tops and jeans for the summer and i absolutely LOVED the selection they had. the ambiance was so vibrant and colourful, making my shopping experience more enjoyable and comfortable. Reema was such a big help in recommending what clothing suited me best and gave me confidence in what to buy. i will definitely be shopping here again!

  Shoutout to Mia. She was so helpful! I had to do a return and then purchased more things and she was so nice! Staff here overall was super helpful and there if I had any questions. Loved the layout and ended up getting several things I saw on mannequins.

  I love the product, particularly aerie, but when I go in store I’m always met with an attitude if i ever have a question or need help with something, I generally don’t need help but whenever I do, I don’t receive it. It’s easier to order online and pick up in store to be honest.
