  The sales assistants in this store are absolutely phenomenal! They couldn't do more to help, they opened a fitting room for me and repeatedly checked I was ok and if I needed alternative sizes or items to try. There was no feeling of being rushed. It actually felt like a luxury experience. I am from the UK and this is not how things run at home - I have never felt so welcomed in a store. Next time I am in Canada, I will visit this store again. I could not recommend enough. I just wish I took the ladies names who helped me, to give them a shout out and thank them!

  When shopping with my girlfriend blonde lady behind the counter said “what else are men good for” as I paid when her card declined as she went over the limit. She was very rude throughout the whole encounter and took forever to help. No priorities and terrible service. I like the store but that definitely turned me away

  Extremely disappointed in the decline in customer service at this store. Used to come in here and be greeted by friendly faces who genuinely wanted to help and had the knowledge to as well, but I heard they’re under new management and it shows. Nowadays the store is always understaffed and the staff who are there seem like they were hired yesterday. I went in recently to simply exchange a pair of jeans for a size down and the only employee at the till did not even know how to begin processing the transaction. Another employee was called in for backup and while he was able to do it, the first employee was now at the other till completely clueless on how to help the next person in line as well 🤦‍♀️. I understand that he may be in training, but then he should not be left to handle such a high traffic station alone. Customers in line were visibly frustrated. I can’t imagine he felt great about it either. Clear sign of poor management.

  I have shopped with this brand for over 15 years and today has been the first time I have felt like this company doesn’t value me as a customer anymore. I called ahead to put a pair of pants on hold and drove all the way out of my way to the mall, when I got there I asked to try on the pants and what do you know, they weren’t there. I asked to speak to the manager to get an explanation on what happened and Heidi the manager was so rude to me, she kept making faces at me when I told her about the situation and she tried to dismiss me and then wouldn’t even investigate to see what happened to them or who I spoke to me on the phone the night prior. Then she decides to spend the next 10-15 minutes gossiping about me to another employee on the floor right in front of me. This is super unprofessional and a form of bullying. I guess some people have nothing better going on in their lives. This manager needs some customer service training and ethics training. Not sure if I’ll be back or not. Certainly don’t need to have to go through something like this again.
