The tall girl employee with red hair and glasses (11th june evening)was extremely rude and unprofessional. Her tone and attitude toward customers were disappointing. I thanked her twice for helping me, but received no acknowledgment and felt unwelcome throughout the interaction. This experience left a very negative impression, and I hope management addresses it to ensure better customer service in the future.
