This video speaks for itself. I tried to return a pair of pants I bought a week ago that I decided to return. And he decided that it was too long I bought them on sept 27 tried to return Oct 5. He claimed it was out of the return policy date, then the pants were too dirty, and that I had a gift receipt.

I am very disappointed with the customer service from this Alo location. I bought a sweater and only wore it four times before the material started to fall apart. I went to the store to ask if I could exchange for a new sweater and was told that because I did not have a receipt or an online profile that nothing could be done. Given the cost of this clothing and the poor customer service I am disappointed in this store location. ** Just an update, after I left the store I ended up emailing Alo Customer Service and they have offered to either refund my purchase or offer me store credit. I am happy with how the broader company is supporting their customers but am still a bit irritated that this location told me nothing could be done even if I went to other stores or contacted customer service.

Southgate is my go to location, and I’m usually in and out whenever I stop by. I really love Alo, especially the overall style, quality, and aesthetic. I always find something I like, and the store has a great feel that makes shopping there enjoyable. My only real criticism is the checkout process. On my most recent visit, I waited about 10 minutes just to check out, which felt quite long, especially when the rest of the shopping experience was so quick and easy. I think having a faster and more efficient checkout process would make a big difference. Overall, I’m still a big fan of Alo and will continue shopping there. I just hope the checkout experience can be improved because everything else about the store is great.
