  I went to Alo today and had the best experience! I spoke with Josh, Amie, and Brooke, and they were all so kind, welcoming, and accommodating to everything I needed. Their customer service was genuinely amazing they were smiling, helpful, and brought nothing but good vibes. These are exactly the type of people who should work in retail. I truly appreciate the kindness and effort they showed me. Thank you Josh, Amie, and Brooke for making my experience so enjoyable!

  I wanted to leave a positive review because I had such a great experience at the Alo in Southgate Centre today. I had three different ladies help me throughout my visit, from the fitting rooms, to finding different sizes, to helping me figure out men’s sizing. Every single one of them was so friendly, attentive and genuinely happy to help. Nobody hovered over me or made me they were just always nearby and paying attention, so anytime I needed something, someone was there almost immediately to help. Such a good balance of being attentive without being overbearing, and it made the whole experience really enjoyable. Thank you ladies! 🤍

  Shout out to Bella! She’s really patient with how she catered around my needs, help me make the right choices for my purchase and I actually came back second time to purchase new stuff the same day because really great ideas and help.

  I went shopping there earlier today, and I really enjoyed my shopping experience thanks to Kevin, who helped me get a piece that was not even in the store, and gave me some great recommendation, Thank you, Kevin. Sailah was also very friendly and helpful. I loved their new summer collection, the colors are so chic and have great fit. 5 stars all the way.

  After receiving no assistance at the WEM branch despite there being no other customers, I decided to visit the Southgate branch. There, I was fortunate to meet Sila, who went above and beyond to help us. We left with everything I needed for my three kids. Thank you, Sila, I hope I’m spelling your name correctly! ☺️
