  I give this place a 10/10! I had an amazing experience at DSW thanks to Zulkifl. He was very helpful, knew exactly where the shoes were, and quickly found the Nike shoes I was looking for. You can tell he knows his job well and really cares about helping customers. He deserves a lot of respect for his hard work and great customer service. I truly appreciate the help and would recommend him to anyone shopping at DSW!

  Excellent for quick and easy picks, CERTAIN workers are accommodating + helpful for specific requests --> I HIGHLY RECOMMEND talking to Zulkifl K, he was SUPER friendly, patient, and took the time to help me find exactly what I needed. He made me feel welcome from the moment I walked in and answered all of my questions without making me feel rushed. It’s rare to find customer service this genuine. I really appreciate his positive attitude + would definitely come back

  They break the law. They ask for your email and then confirm that you are willing to be sent emails. Even if you say NO they send a ton of spam. Which violates the Can Spam act.
