  I came into this store looking for some clothes for myself and a few friends. Saniyah was a great help and was very friendly. The customer service here is amazing. She’s insured that each customer finds everything they are looking for. Looking forward to coming in again!

  I wish i would have asked person name who was invoicing my hat would give 0 ratings for customer service. While invoicing i asked that i have rewards could you pls check if I have something to redeem and rep asked me to enter my email id on the payment terminal . I asked to enter my phone no and rep said its easy for rep to check with email.... wierd... and very cold behavior. Than again I asked to enter my phone no and then rep entered and without even checking my account rep refused than I dnt hv any points or coupons but I had when I checked my acocunt. Very unresponsive and unprogessional behavior felt like not coming back to this store. Very strange and disappointing experience. I've been coming to this location since it first opened, and I've never encountered such unwelcoming behavior before. Instead of being greeted with a friendly attitude, the staff came across as cold, indifferent, and uninterested in helping customers. As a long-time customer, I was genuinely surprised by how uncomfortable the visit felt. Customer service has always been one of the reasons I enjoyed coming here, but this experience was completely different. I hope management looks into this and reminds the team that a warm, welcoming attitude can make a huge difference. Unfortunately, this visit left a very negative impression.

  We bought a t-shirt on May 26, 2026 from the premium outlet collection mall location. There were stains on the t-shirt so we went to exchange for a new shirt. The worker called the manager (Colby) and when was asked to exchange, he said we cannot exchange it even though it had stains on it when we bought it. He was really rude, and I didn't want my son to be disappointed so I bought another t-shirt and payed full price. I left the stained shirt and told Colby to throw in the garbage. So he kept it and said he will throw it in the garbage. As I was leaving Colby was laughing at me. This is not a matter of money, but a matter of poor customer service. He provided bad customer service and made this experience horrible for me. I suggest not to go to this location because the manager is really unprofessional and does not respect the customer.
