The staff were very professional and attentive, and they gave me the opportunity to look at the products without rushing me at all. Her aunt, before she purchased the gift asked and made sure the adjustments made to the jewelry were no charge. The sales person said we never charge for alterations. True. Because 2 years ago for my other daughter you did not. The sales lady was very rude about this. And insisted that we be charged. Inconsistent employees. I wish my sister-in -aw met the one from Thursday night. She would definitely never shop there again. So terribly disappointed.
