  All was fine and well when I went to this store, they had loads of staff and it wasn’t very busy. I was approached by a staff member if I needed assistance after I had already picked out three pairs of shoes and sat myself to try them on. The leather ($99) shoes I wanted had a couple of minor scuffs on them but I liked them and took them to the register to see if they maybe had another pair in my size. One of the employees helped me find another pair and those were a bit scuffed too. The employee said she would clean them up, being in a shoe store with an abundant supply of shoe products I assumed she would use something shoe/ leather specific. I asked her what she was using as she was using a white wipe and she told me it was a Lysol wipe on LEATHER shoes. I advised her she shouldn’t use Lysol on leather and she called her manager over to let her know what she had done and her manager said that should be fine. It is most certainly NOT fine to use Lysol wipes on leather shoes. I left without buying the shoes. Please train your staff and have available proper products for their use.

  I bought a pair of clearance sandals with the 20% discount sticker and the store was also offering an additional 20% discount on ladies sandals. After getting home I realized they didn’t give me the second 20% discount. Went back today and they fixed it immediately and gave me an additional 10% discount for my trouble. Service like that will keep me as a customer!

  Excellent customer service, lots of collection and at the back of store they have clearance section with some shoes upto 70% off, which I pretty neat
