  I was looking for a specific type of sunglasses for mountain biking ans would fit my high nose bridge. I foolishly took the salesman's advice and bought a pair of expensive sunglasses he recommended. He told me about the 30 day return policy I'd I change my mind. The salesman must have known that if I tried them riding on a trail I wouldn't be able to return them. When I found that they didn't work well in varying light conditions and fogged up easily, I tried to return them. A different salesman was at he store and he told me that in couldn't return them because he saw micro scratches on the lenses. Leter I found that the store did have sunglasses better suited to mountain biking, but obviously the sales people are more interested in selling a more expensive brand rather than what was best for the customer.

  While the mall is a familiar place, this is the first time I had to run for a quick replacement for my sunglasses. Got the best pair from Ray ban and the sales associate from Chinook sun glass hut - Mahsa was very helpful. She knows the brand styles and was very kind in recommending models which i was looking for. Very rare to come across such folks in sales in Calgary these days. Wishing her the best! Wrapped up my purchase in 20mins

  I had an amazing experience shopping for a new pair of sunglasses for an upcoming event. Malena and the store manager went above and beyond to help me find not only the perfect style but the perfect fit as well. Malena was incredibly patient, kind, and knowledgeable throughout the entire experience. I was truly impressed by the professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care that both ladies showed. Thank you for making the experience so enjoyable and memorable. Exceptional customer service like this is rare, and I truly appreciated every moment of it. 😊

  Sunglass Hut — Chinook Centre, first floor location. This review is specifically for the Sunglass Hut location on the first floor of Chinook Centre. There are two Sunglass Hut locations in this mall — one on the first floor and one on the second floor. I asked the cashier about this, and I was told that both locations currently share one Google Maps listing. On the first day of my purchase, we were assisted by Viktoria. It was very convenient that she could communicate in several languages, including Ukrainian. She was friendly, professional, and genuinely tried to help us choose the right sunglasses. It was a busy day with many customers, but she still managed to give attention to everyone while staying connected with us and continuing to help. I really appreciated that level of service. We ordered three pairs of sunglasses, and one pair had to be replaced because everything was ordered from the warehouse. I preferred to receive new items rather than display pieces, and the team helped with that. After the sunglasses arrived, we were also offered free adjustments so they could fit us better, which was a nice service detail. A few days later, I came back to exchange my Ray-Ban Boyfriend Two from size L to size XL. The exchange was handled without any issues because the sunglasses were still in original condition. Now I am waiting for the XL size to arrive, so I will be returning again. Overall, I had a very positive experience with this first floor location. Good service, helpful staff, professional communication, and a smooth exchange process. Wishing success to the management and team of this location. One practical note: since there are two Sunglass Hut locations inside Chinook Centre, I think it would be helpful if the first floor location had its own separate Google Maps listing. It would make it easier for customers to find and review the correct location.
