- SBShelley Billinghurst4 days ago1.0THEY DO NOT UNDERSTAND THE BASIC CONCEPT OF A GIFT RECIEPT. I purchased RayBans as a gift for my son's birthday. A gift receipt was provided. He returned to the store to exchange them for a different style (with the gift receipt and within 7 days of my purchase) They refunded the full amount back to me and made my son pay for the new pair! I will never shop here again.
