Before agreeing to anything, I clearly asked if they could also check over my Burberry frames—adjust the arms and clean them up. I was told yes. That never happened. I got them back in the exact same condition. What’s the point of putting $160 into lenses when the frames are still beat up? If you’re not going to do something, don’t say you will. This felt like a complete waste of money. Very disappointing
