I had an incredible ski boot fitting with Benoit at the Southcentre Mall Sporting Life. He took the time to ensure I found the exact right fit without any sales pressure. Benoit is exceptionally knowledgeable, patient, and thorough—he answered all my questions with expertise. I highly recommend visiting Sporting Life for all your skiing needs!

Had a pleasant experience shopping at Sporting Life in Southcenter mall. The staff were always checking up on me if everything is good & if I needed help. A s/o to Riley for showing great hospitality at the cashier!

I had never shopped at Sporting Life before, but I came in about 10 minutes before closing one time. It was a bit of an emergency- needed a new bike for my son's trail camp the following morning & no other decent stores open at that time. I was acknowledged walking in by someone helping other customers, and quickly introduced to George. George didn't seem worried about the time, albeit I was. Although he didn't have to, he showed me options, and answer all my questions; not only did he take the time for my sons bike, but did the exact same for a bike I opted to purchase for my daughter also, which felt crazy at the time given it was end-of-day. He said he would tune up the bikes for me and add all the accessories I grabbed including: front and rear LED reflectors lights, water bottle holders, and bells. Again, not necessary or required, but he is just the kind of guy who clearly goes above and beyond. Best customer service I have received in ages. I would never expect someone to stay late just for me, but he did and I really appreciated it. He even helped to bring one of the bikes to my vehicle. Because of George and the experience he provided, I plan to be a long term customer of Sporting Life. I've already shopped there since. Thank you George!

It’s my first time to shop at this store. I’m overwhelmed with so much high end sportswear. I see some deals but they’re still pricey to me. But I’d like to commend your friendly staff Riley who was very patient with me when I can’t decide which one to buy. She gave me helpful rexommendations and assisted me all the way to check out. Thank you Riley ❤️

It was my first time visiting the Sporting Life store. Shopping is not my thing. Wanted winter jacket but wasn't sure which one (type or brand) to purchase. Thankfully found store agent whose service was beyond exceptional. Rab understood my needs, without being judgemental and was kind to bring different outerwear so could try them on to my satisfaction. All this while she super patiently stood by and not even once showed signs of being pushy. Ended up being a member of the store along with purchasing two jackets! Rab's helpful, warmth, patience, friendly, respectful and 'making at home' feel is major most reason that I made the purchase and took up the membership. Very grateful for such a wonderful experience.
