  We went in to Sporting Life just to browse, but ended up getting a bunch of great tops for my husband. Huge thank you to Darcy for all the help and fantastic service!! It was an awesome shopping experience that you just don’t see a lot of anymore. Highly recommend chatting with Darcy in the men’s clothing section for outfit ideas!

  James helped me to pick out the most comfortable and yet stylish shoes for work as I will be on my feet for 10-12 hr shifts. He was extremely knowledgeable and understood what I needed right away, offering me several options in my size. He worked efficiently and diligently, and helped me out with ease! I recommend asking for James at Sporting Life next time your looking for any type of shoe!

  I am very disappointed with the service I received for the tune-up of my bike and my wife's bike. The shop kept both bikes for an entire week for a standard tune-up. When we picked them up, my bike had no air in either tire. The staff inflated the tires before we left, but that should have been checked before pickup. When we got home and rode the bikes, we immediately noticed that my wife's bike had serious issues with the front gears. The shifting was much worse than before the tune-up. We also found that the front derailleur had noticeable scratches and a dent that had not been brought to our attention. The next day, we returned to the store to discuss the damage and the poor gear adjustment. The employee told us they could not confirm whether the scratches and dent occurred in the shop or while the bike was being transported on our car rack. As a result, they would not take responsibility for the damage. After waiting a week for service, we expected the bikes to be properly tuned and handled with care. Unfortunately, our experience left us with unresolved mechanical issues and concerns about accountability for damage that may occur while a bike is in the shop's possession.
