  I recently went to the Market Mall location and was greeted by the sweetest girl. I believe her name was Giulia! She was super helpful and found everything that I needed. She went above and beyond to make sure that my daughter and I got what we needed and made some great suggestions as well. It's refreshing to see this young lady take pride in her job. Will definitely go back. Prices were reasonable, a little on the higher side but quality. So you do get what you pay for. Would recommend this location.

  I’m new to running and was looking for a new pair of runners. Walked into Sporting Life to just casually browse around, and try on different pair of shoes just to get an idea of what I may want. But when Megan H. started helping me out, she was super friendly & had such a vast amount of knowledge of different types of shoes. She told me all about their specs, how they performed, and was able to give me her personal testimony on them too. She brought out a bunch of different brands from Asics, Saucony, Adidas and Hokas, and ended up pinpointing the exact ones I needed that personally suited my feet and running style. I ended up getting a pair of Hoka’s Skyward X2’s, which I think are the most comfortable & supportive shoes I’ve owned yet. Thanks for all the help Megan, looking extra forward to my next run thanks to you!

  I just returned an item. It had the tags still attached and was the second cheapest of six items on the receipt. It's not like I was returning a dead bird GTX shell. Both the sales person and the manager gave it the once over and asked me if I'd worn it with a tone that didn't suggest Sporting Life appreciated my business. Just policy they said. So, Sporting Life will get a little less of my business. With MEC upping its game, Vertical Addiction and Valhalla Pure offering great deals online, Ski West, Mountain Cultures and Sundance providing great product selection and expert service, there's really nothing Sporting Life has that I can't get elsewhere for the same price or less and without the distrust of customers. On that note, what's with the security guards everywhere giving anyone under 20 the evil eye?

  Great service at this Sporting Life location. I saw an Adidas hat on a mannequin, that I liked, so I went to look for it at Women’s Adidas hat section, but I couldn’t find it. I tried the Men’s Adidas hat section, hoping it was there and I had no luck. I was looking for a Sales Associate, and ended up asking Matthew B. about where else the Adidas hats could be. Matthew B, said it could be in another area, but he couldn’t find the hat I was looking for. Matthew B. then double checked the mannequin, and the hat that was styled on the mannequin was the last one in stocks. Matthew B. was nice enough to grab it from the mannequin, so I could purchase the hat. I appreciate Matthew B’s time and help, trying to find the hat!

  Got my old ski boot fitted with sporting life a few years back. Now needed a new pair of boots. Went to a few other competitors in town as I could have gotten discounts but didn’t have a good experience. So I went back to sportinglife trying multiple boots just for size and the rep at the time was very accommodating. Saw the tecnica mach 1 130mv on sale on the website, called and spoke with Jon at the store. Even though they didn’t have it in stock in the store, Jon still took his time and did boot fitting assessment with me to ensure that I was making the right choice and confirmed that boot work would need to be done due to my foot shape. Ordered the boot on sportinglife website, again easy process. Got the boot this past Friday, came to the store again and was fortunate enough having Jon again for the boot punch process. Once again, I really appreciate the patience and meticulously work that Jon did for me! Will be back in a few years for next pairs of boots for sure!
