  had a very disappointing experience at the Ray-Ban store at 6455 Macleod Trail in Calgary. The sales associate who assisted me, Baraa (the name shown on my receipt), was extremely rude and unprofessional. I understand that everyone can have a bad day or be dealing with personal issues, but when working in customer service, customers should still be treated with basic respect and professionalism. What upset me even more is that I was given the wrong size of sunglasses. I specifically tried on and chose the smaller size because it fit me properly. However, Baraa put a size 58 pair in the box instead. My receipt confirms that size 58 was processed. I trusted the employee to put the sunglasses I had actually selected into the box. I did not think I needed to open the box and double-check everything before leaving an official Ray-Ban store. I live in Edmonton and purchased these sunglasses while visiting Calgary. Now I am left dealing with the inconvenience of fixing this mistake. I am obviously not going to drive more than three hours back to Calgary simply to correct an error made during my purchase. Between Baraa’s rude attitude and being sent home with a completely different size from the one I selected, this was an extremely frustrating and unprofessional experience. I expected much better customer service from an official Ray-Ban store.

  I had a great experience with Yasmin S. The service was professional, friendly, and helpful from start to finish. Yasmin was knowledgeable, patient, and made the whole experience smooth and comfortable. I really appreciated the attention to detail and the excellent customer service. I would definitely recommend Yasmin S to others and would be happy to visit again!
