  It was my first time visiting the Ray-Ban store, and I went in looking for a high-quality pair of sunglasses for the summer. I was greeted by Jule, who made me feel welcome right away. She gave me the space to browse and try on different pairs, but was always there whenever I had a question or needed help. I ended up going with the Olympian, and I absolutely love them. Thanks again, Jule, for making it such a great experience!

  I recently visited the Ray-Ban store in Calgary while traveling from California, and I had a great experience. I bought a pair of glasses for my girlfriend, and the service was excellent. A special thanks to Suman Sudhu, who helped me throughout the process. She was extremely kind, patient, and professional. Her friendly behavior made the whole experience even better, and she helped me choose the perfect pair. Highly recommend this store if you’re in Calgary—great products and even better customer service!

  Great experience overall. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and professional from the moment I walked in. A special thanks to Baraa for her excellent service. She was patient, knowledgeable.   I had such a great experience at the Ray-Ban store. I came in looking for prescription glasses and wasn’t completely sure what would suit me, but Suman made the whole process so easy. She was patient, friendly, and really took the time to explain the lens options and help me find frames that looked good and felt comfortable. It didn’t feel rushed at all — just honest, helpful customer service. I left feeling really happy with my choice. Thank you, Suman!

  I do not recommend Ray-Ban at Chinook Mall. On June 15, I contacted them to have the lenses replaced in the glasses I had purchased at this very store. I previously had prescription lenses, but I no longer need them, so I asked for regular lenses to be installed. I immediately informed them that I would be leaving the country on July 6, and I was assured that the glasses would be ready on time. Two weeks passed. Today I called for the second time to check the status of the order. Only then was I told that they did not have the needed lenses and were simply offering to let me pick up my frame. I am very disappointed with this attitude. If I had been informed about the problem right away or even a few days ago, I could have gone somewhere else. Instead, I waited two weeks for nothing and now have to fly without my glasses. Very unprofessional service and a complete lack of communication with the customer.
