  This place is a joke. They only looked at the top 10 pieces of clothing in my boxes and lied to me that they dumped everything out on the table and went through each piece. I know it because of the way I packed the three boxes. They rejected all my stuff because it's not trendy. Their classification of trendy means cheap items bought off knock off stores that look shabby and tardy. They need to understand that they should be catering to everybody's fashion choices and not just trendy casual teen and youth wear. Absolute waste of time, money and energy. It hurts that they did not see the value in all the expensive clothing I spent hours sorting and packing.

  The staff are always friendly and helpful, but the store itself can be overwhelming. The racks are packed so tightly it's almost impossible to browse without things falling on the floor. The front of the store, especially around the new items and $2 bins, is absolute chaos when it's busy, with people crammed everywhere and clothes all over the floor. With only one mirror to try things on, it makes the whole experience even more frustrating. I've mentioned the overcrowded racks to staff a few times, and they've said they hear this feedback often. If you get overstimulated easily or struggle with disorganized chaos, this probably isn't the place for you.

  TLDR: this store just really grosses me out. The racks are filled with SheIn and fashion nova, but when you take in actual decent fabrics taken care of, they give them back to you. I do not understand this business model and it feels predatory. I understand the nature of needing to make money but 5.50$ for brand new Michael Kors shoes and 6.50$ for a brand new Aritzia black contour body suit is shocking. Save yourself the laugh and just take it to goodwill next door knowing that someone who may need to shop second hand will access and afford your items. It cost me the same in gas to drive here.
