  The store is a disaster. Hard to find what you are looking fir kinda all over the place prices seemed ok. Did nit purchase anything and very hard to get around with people and clothing racks. Definitely have alot of clothes.

  I had several bags of items I was looking to sell. I visited all 3 YYC locations and was treated the kindest and my items were cared for the best from this location. Of my 5 bags of items the store purchased $75 worth of items and when I asked what they were paying for each of the 7 pieces I was very satisfied with what they were paying and what they said they were listing for. Of course we turned that $75 into store credit because my teenagers found great items for excellent prices - my son a pair of brand new airforce 1s for $35!- the individual helping us was kind and courteous and looked through the bags when handing them back to make sure the items were put neatly back in the bag. She asked us to hold onto the items and try again in 4-6 weeks because she said there were many great items In the bag but just not items they were needing in the store at this time but would likely be items they would be wanting to buy in the coming months. She indicated 2 or 3 pieces that should be donated because of wear/ stain but she was kind and courteous and informative. I highly recommend this location and I believe the Elbow drive location is the same owner. It is our second favourite to visit but this varsity location went the extra step to be kind and informative in a respectful way and their prices were extremely reasonable and more reflected those of “secondhand stores” …. Worth the visit.

  I’ve been dropping off consignment here for literally years, and today there was some new staff working. I dropped off a huge bag full of brand new Aritzia and brand-name clothing. They made me wait a whole entire hour and a half just to come back, saying the reason why they passed on every single item in my bag was because of wear and tear.. There were items in there with literal tags still on them that were brand new. The people at this location are just really rude, have terrible customer service, and completely not professional. I’m honestly extremely disappointed with the way I was treated and for them to tell me if I washed all the clothes and brought them back that they would take them.??? Never coming back to this location and I strongly advise management to do something about the girls they hired because they are not good.

  Was told by a 15 year old child that the brand new, unworn clothes from Zara and John Varvatos I brought in were worthless due to them being in “low demand, non-teen, and with wear and tear”, only to walk the isles filled with SHEIN and literal garbage 💀 What an absolute joke, if you have clothes worth any actual value, you’re better off going to Man of Distinction, Urban Thrift or literally anywhere else 🤣

  The staff here literally goes out of their way to be rude. Especially that shorter girl with the long dark wavy hair and the nose piercing. I’ve gone in multiple times and had her eye roll at me, glare and snicker. Honestly don’t even know how she’s still there because other customers have had similar experiences. Store is also really dirty and chaotic. Lots of the stuff has stains, rips and holes
