  Stained shirt after stained shirt... They need a better screening process when they buy the clothes from people. No one is going to buy a stained shirt for $20

  Very disappointing experience. All the clothes and shoes looked worn out in store. I took some leather boots from Steve Madden few other clothes and they only offered me $14 for the boots and two tops. Even though the boots had been used once and I realized didn’t fit, the boots were boxed and i had the receipt. $150 boots. Bought 4months ago still for sale in store. I took everything back with me. But they had taken my bags and mixed them up with other people stuff and I didn’t get the receipt for the shoes that I had in the bag back. I’d prefer to give them away to a free charity for that price. Also the teenagers working looked unhappy and disengaged, and the atmosphere felt pretty miserable. Hope this review will help the staff to be trained better in customer service etiquette. I’ve also thought about this and there should really be page on the website to say what brands are accepted. The condition level accepted and the general price. Like $1 for a T-shirt. So people are not surprised.

  the clothing selection and prices is that this location mogged literally every other plato’s i’ve ever been to and im not joking.

  My personal experience....yesterday, I thought and try this consighnment store. Totally wasted my time! I don't think they went through the bags. I say this because the items that were on top of one bag were still on top and the tops still folded and placed as I had them! Also, I'm not being negative because they didn't take my items. I asked why, "My items were not suitable for their clients." Are you kidding me! A pair of light purple Maeve Collette pants that I bought from Anthropologie last year not suitable?? a pair of Wonders sandals. I saw ripped jeans and tops that looked like very old and my Banana Republic and Melanie lyne tops not suitable. I guess they think to highly of themselves why because we are consigning our clothes!!

  This place is a rip off. I brought 3 Aritzia sweat pants and hoodies and a Steve Madden bag and a pair of shorts and they only offered me $24 smh yet they are going to sell them for more then what they offered. I actually hate how they low ball you and I paid over $200 for my Aritzia stuff. Not sure who comes up with them prices but it’s absolutely ridiculous.
