They recognized my now ancient Oakley minutes sunglasses and bounced with glee and delight at seeing a classic pair of sunglasses and still in great condition. The staff were able to aid me in my quest to buy an updated pair , I even splurged and bought a second pair of sunglasses with zero regrets. I would happily shop there again. Please keep up the wonderful job.

I ordered the Sylas model sunglasses after the in-store display pairs had a raised, unfinished Oakley logo on the inner frame that scratched behind my ear and were uncomfortable. The rep said it was likely just some defective floor models and he ordered a pair online for me instead. The online pair arrived with the identical quality issue. When I attempted a return within the 30-day window, the staff were immediately confrontational. It felt like they were finding any reason to not accept the return asking for a box that never came with(just a sleeve), wanting a printed receipt vs the email receipt, and ultimately claiming a "micro scratch" to deny the return entirely. The rep (Joanna) admitted she could feel the raised logo but refused to return the glasses and only offering an exchange for the same defective product. The staff felt dishonest, unprofessional and rude. I would caution going to this store and go to one of the many other options in Chinook.
