  I had a wonderful experience at Michael Kors Chinook Centre. The store was beautiful, well organized, and the team was very welcoming. A special thank you to Valeriia, who provided absolutely exceptional service. She was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and patient, and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. She took the time to explain the products, offered great styling suggestions, and made the whole shopping experience feel very personalized. It’s rare to receive this level of customer care! Valeriia truly goes above and beyond. Because of her, I’ll definitely be coming back to this location again. Highly recommend!

  To whom it may concern, I would advise against patronizing this establishment. Despite being a consistent customer both online and in-store, I encountered significant difficulties when attempting to process an exchange, which was compounded by exceptionally poor customer service.
