Right when I came the store, I warmly greeted right away. I told them i have an order to pick up. The staff that help me processed right away and went smoothly. While I am waiting, I had an nice chat with the assistant manager named Pamela about the two orange bag i recently added to my wardrobe. She let me feel welcome and look forward to assisting me in the future. Staffs here are very amazing. Look forward as well for my next shopping expirience with them.

I came in to process a return, and the staff made me feel like a criminal. It was incredibly embarrassing and completely uncalled for. The customer service at this location is a 1-star at best. The General Manager, in particular, is extremely rude, unprofessional, and unfriendly. This isn't the first time I’ve had an issue with her, but it will definitely be the last. I will be staying far away from this location and will never bring my business back here. Thank you for saving my money—I'll take it elsewhere.
