  I had one of the most unexpectedly amazing retail experiences of my life at the Southcentre Lululemon location. I originally went in just looking for a lightweight sweater for work because I’ve gained some weight recently and honestly haven’t been feeling very confident in myself. I wanted something comfortable that would help me feel a little better and maybe hide some of the weight gain. While I was there, I decided maybe it was time to finally buy clothes that actually fit properly instead of trying to squeeze into the size I thought I still was. So I grabbed some pants and shirts to try on as well. The moment I got into the fitting room and realized I needed to size up, I was genuinely upset. It hit me harder than I expected. The woman working in the fitting room area was an absolute angel. She noticed I was struggling emotionally, came in, reassured me, calmed me down, and helped me feel good about myself again. She brought me clothing that actually fit properly, made me feel comfortable instead of embarrassed, and treated me with such kindness and compassion that I honestly left the store emotional in the best way possible. She did not HAVE to care that much, but she did. And truthfully, every single employee in the store was phenomenal. The atmosphere was welcoming, supportive, and completely free of judgment. Instead of leaving feeling defeated, I walked out feeling confident, cared for, and genuinely excited about my clothing again. Because of this experience, you’ve gained a loyal customer. I absolutely understand now why people love this brand so much. To the staff at Southcentre: thank you for treating people like human beings and not just customers. That kindness matters more than you probably realize.

  I had a gift card for Lululemon. No gift card receipt. Couldn’t remember who gave it to me. Checked balance online and it said not registered. Messaged Lulu several times and kept getting the same answer … not registered. I confirmed that you have to get the card from a cashier, can’t self select your own card, so whoever gave it paid for an amount but it was not put on card successfully. When I asked if there was anything that could be done since obviously a cashier had to give someone the card,Lulu said they will do nothing. They make a high retail price on their goods, we all know that, I figured maybe they could do $25-50 at least but they will do nothing. $25 won’t even buy socks most days, it would have been a token of good customer service really but not from Lululemon. Disappointed and now shopping everywhere but here. Wanted all to know. MAKE SURE TOU GET A RECEIPT TO GIVE WITH GIDT CARD. THEY WONT EVEN GIVE A BUCK IF IT ISNT DONE PROPERLY.

  Excellent location. Staff is friendly and helpful, while the store is orderly. I’d like to give a special mention to Zach, who was professional, helpful and knowledgeable of the products. Having never shopped here before, he made my experience positive.
