  Purchased DEFINE HIGHRISE PANTS online. Advertised free alterations, hemming. They fit great except length needed an inch taken up. Called store, they yet to return message, was advised they wouldn’t do as it had a draw string on bottom. I said I don’t want it just cut and hem. They said I could go to Chinook (25 dollar uber each way) and they MAY or may not hem. That was ridiculous service. I ended up refunding pants as I’m so pissed at their lack of effort to resolve issue. I could have had them done at my local seamstress for 25 bucks, but the lack of interest by the store manager was infuriating. He was 10 feet away and sent his associate, Kate, who was very kind and sweet. Beyond disappointed in this store and lack of resolve to my issue. My whole family shops at Lulu and I remain unimpressed!!!

  Gorgeous store. Just got done saying to someone the other day how great it looks and a welcome refresh to the empty old bank I think it use to be. Needless to say one team member was amazing and reflected the positivity of the New Store. The manager however did not and wouldnt even uphold Lululemon policies to which it is their discretion but wild that they could have. The one amazing and kind team member was going to help me out as I had bought a scuba about a year ago. And didnt have an account. I have an account now. And despite even having my totebag that cost me a $450 spend. My Lululemon windbreaker on and belt bag lol so its not like I dont spend money there ever they could check my account probably over $5000 in the last 3 years. Saw the colour and was like "oh no we cant take that" lol Brand New tags attached. Didnt matter. Like okay sorry the colour themes change so fast spring summer fall in,colour options. So despite the one girl trying to be kind and swap for a size that fit or item same price her manager Trumped her and said No. But if I bought 3 items Id get 25% off? And no exchange or return..Like what offer or solution is that? Lol Really shows the lack of appreciation for members. Maybe look up the account first before making a judgement and making members feel appreciated for their spend and when a mistake happens and you can see nothing else returned - Make an exception.... NOPE. Manager title to her ego I guess. So I just asked Lululemon Vancouver and sure enough they just said to mail it back and ill get a gift card. How hard is that? Not at all. Try being more like your staff and use discretion better to loyal high spend members. Please dont bring that to a new store. Is a shame.

  The store is clean, welcoming, and well-organized, though I noticed there weren’t many new arrivals during my visit. I’ve always loved Lululemon, and it continues to be one of my favorite brands. The only downside for me was the staff being overly watchful it felt a bit uncomfortable, like customers were being monitored too closely. I come to shop and enjoy the experience, not feel policed.

  Came into the store looking for a few particular items and Victor was extremely helpful. Great and convenient location
