  I had one of the best customer service experiences at the Chinook Centre Lululemon store yesterday. The educator who helped me was absolutely outstanding. She was incredibly kind, patient, welcoming, and genuinely caring from the moment I walked in. Even though the item I was looking for wasn’t available in the store, she went above and beyond to make sure I didn’t leave without a solution. She never made me feel rushed or judged. Instead, she took the time to help me with such warmth and professionalism. What touched me the most was how amazing she was with my children. She kept my toddler happily engaged by giving him magnetic pieces to play with at the counter, which made it so much easier for me to complete my purchase. Another team member at the cash register also stepped in to keep my very active son entertained, and I truly appreciated the teamwork and kindness they both showed. This is the kind of customer service people remember. They made me feel valued, respected, and genuinely cared for. It turned what could have been a stressful shopping trip into such a positive experience. Both of these employees deserve recognition for the exceptional service they provide. I sincerely hope they receive the appreciation they deserve because they represent Lululemon at its very best. Thank you for making my day!

  We had a wonderful experience at the lululemon store at CF Chinook Centre in Calgary thanks to Erick and Megan. My wife and I were visiting from Nevada, United States, and both Erick and Megan made us feel very welcomed. Erick was extremely patient, friendly, and professional. He took the time to introduce different summer styles to us and clearly explained the current promotions. We originally came in because a security tag had not been removed from an item we purchased at a lululemon store in the U.S. That situation was a little frustrating, but Erick completely turned our experience around. Because of his positive attitude, patience, and excellent customer service, we felt comfortable continuing to shop at this location. Megan was also wonderful. While we were trying on different items, she helped us again and again with patience and kindness. She never made us feel rushed or like we were bothering her. Her warm and thoughtful service made us feel truly cared for, even while visiting from another country. Erick and Megan are both excellent representatives of lululemon. Good employees like them should be recognized and rewarded. Thank you both for making our visit such a pleasant and memorable experience.

  Came here over the weekend to return a item and purchase a different product. The location was packed but the staff were all very helpful and friendly. Our cashier really went above and beyond and we had a nice chat as well. Thank you!

  Visited on a weekday with my friend and received horrible service from an unpleasant sales associate who was more focused on making me uncomfortable than securing a sale. Worst experience I’ve ever had at any lululemon across the country since they’ve opened.
