  Following the service I got today, I had to post a review! I came in for an exchange and had my 3 kids with me, my boys were fighting in the background while I was being served by Malory at the till. Let me tell you that the service I received was top notch! She is absolutely amazing, kind and was super nice to my kids. She went above and beyond. I will always look for her now while shopping at this location! Thank you Malory for making my experience shopping with 3 younger kids easier! You’re amazing 🙌🙏🏼

  Marika was so helpful and sweet. I came in looking for a tank top which online, showed that there was only 1 left of in the store. The first employee I asked told me they didn't have it without looking, so I decided to ask someone else (Marika). She looked hard and found it for me! Super happy I came in and asked her.

  Exceptional customer service at the Market Mall location. I used to be a loyal customer at the CrossIron store, but after my recent experience, I won’t be returning to Crossiron store. I attempted to return an item that was clearly within the stated return window, yet I was questioned extensively, treated disrespectfully, and ultimately refused the return at Crossiron store. The experience was frustrating, embarrassing, and completely unacceptable. I then visited the Market Mall store a few days later, where the difference in customer service was remarkable. The staff simply asked why I was returning the item and processed the return professionally, courteously, and without making me feel like I had done something wrong. This experience showed me how customer service should be handled. The Market Mall team has earned my business, and I’ll be shopping there from now on. They set the standard for treating customers with respect. I highly recommend the Market Mall Lululemon store, please don’t go to Crossiron and save yourself from embarrassment in the name of customer service.

  On Saturday I went in and was helped by a really kind employee. Samed did a fantastic job helping me look for a gift for my friend and I really appreciated the effort that was put into the customer service.

  Well I went into Market Mall this later AM They did not have my size the helpful employee said We can order for you no problem Awesome ! He does his thing I pay I travel back home and look at my email and notice the incorrect size was ordered No problem I phone in 3 minute wait no problem they disconnected me phone in again 3 minute wait No problem The assistant comes on and informs me No sorry even if the order has not even been packed we cannot change it You will have to wait until your order comes in bring back to the store return it re order Seriously ? Disappointed This review is not concerning the store or staff at Market Mall They are AMAZING No one is perfect This reflects how this company conducts their business extremely poor customer service
