- JVJim V.May 26, 20263.0My first time in an LL Bean store since a visit to a U.S. location in 1990! I recognize this was a long time nag and they went brought at least one bankruptcy since then but wow are the men’s clothing prices high with low quality, at least for shirts as one example! Eddie Bauer had much better value and quality, even the Bay for the same quality had superior pricing. probably that’s why they are no longer around, but I predict this store chain will soon meet the same fate because the prices are ridiculous for the quality. Having said that, I did buy one item, and accessory, with the 10% new customer and email provided. I decided to buy it even though it was still very expensive.
- CFCathy FMay 19, 20261.0Shocked when I went to by a replacement for the LL Bean Stowaway fanny pack (broken zipper wasn't covered by warranty). As I was buying the exact same fanny pack I had bought a few years ago, I saw that it was about 3/4 of the size of the earlier pack of same name and design but a much higher price. Change the name or don't shrink it. Shame!

- LWLaura WoulfeFeb 14, 20261.0Arrived at 10:10am, they're supposed to open at 10am - it was closed. Kid waiting out the front looked like he worked there and was waiting for someone to show up and open. In the 10 mins we sat there, 4 other people tried to open the door then left. I guess they don't care about things like opening times and making sales? Weird for a retail store in this economy. One of the guys who arrived and left also said it's not the first time, happened to him a couple of months ago. So try and shop here if you dare, I guess.
