  I had a very odd situation when purchasing a belt last Tuesday. The mens belts are close to the back corner of the store and not visible from where I was so I had to ask for help to locate the mens belts. After selecting the black belt I wanted, the older man that helped me offered bring the item to the check out for me and check me out. I said thanks but no need, there were alreay people working there and they can assist further. He then again offered to carry my item for me to the check out. I politely declined his offer as I was aready on my way there. So he then chose to escort me to the check out while trying to convince me that he should carry the item. He wouldn't leave my side until I handed the belt to the cashier. The 2 cashiers working commented on how odd it was that he escorted me to the check out. For the record, I was dressed in business casual with a collared shirt, red stripped tie, and black slacks. Not Cool Micheal!!!!!

  Just seemed to have a very limited selection of sizes other than small and petite. Maybe it’s just the end of the season???

  Very large and clean store. The staff were incredibly helpful, especially Tamara! Honestly, everyone I spoke to at the store and over the phone were more than happy to help and I never felt like I was a burden when I was asking questions. It makes me love the brand even more as a new customer. Will be happily returning !

  My first time in an LL Bean store since a visit to a U.S. location in 1990! I recognize this was a long time nag and they went brought at least one bankruptcy since then but wow are the men’s clothing prices high with low quality, at least for shirts as one example! Eddie Bauer had much better value and quality, even the Bay for the same quality had superior pricing. probably that’s why they are no longer around, but I predict this store chain will soon meet the same fate because the prices are ridiculous for the quality. Having said that, I did buy one item, and accessory, with the 10% new customer and email provided. I decided to buy it even though it was still very expensive.
