  My wife and I had an absolutely exceptional experience working with Seth. From the moment we walked through the doors, we were welcomed warmly and hit it off immediately. What was supposed to be a quick visit turned into an incredible hour-long conversation diving deep into our shared passion for Grand Seiko, watchmaking history, and horological significance. What truly sets Seth apart is his ability to deliver a completely bespoke, pressure-free experience. My wife and I like to visit ADs whenever we travel around the world and I can vouch that the experience is truly world class. It never felt like a sales transaction, but rather like two enthusiasts geeking out over craftsmanship. He took the time to let us explore and try on numerous pieces, guiding us thoughtfully toward the watch that genuinely suited us rather than just pushing whatever is currently hyped. Thanks to his patience and expertise, we found the perfect piece to celebrate our upcoming 5-year anniversary (and secured a spot on the waitlist for another!). A special shoutout to Paul as well for letting me try on his personal Shunbun. Pictures truly don’t do that dial justice, and the lightness is incredible to feel in person. We couldn’t be more grateful for the hospitality and can't recommend Seth enough! PS. Brody (hopefully I got his name right), was adorable and petting and playing with him was a great way to take a break from shopping lol.

  The service was amazing! The assistance I received while choosing my daughter’s graduation gift really made me feel great about the purchase. I bought the Messika Move bracelet and necklace for her, and both pieces are absolutely beautiful. The moving diamonds catch the light perfectly, and the quality is outstanding. She was thrilled when she opened them—these will be treasures she’ll wear and cherish for years. Highly recommend both the jewelry and the wonderful customer experience!!
