  A watch is personal. The right one isn’t simply purchased. It’s found. I was fortunate enough to be connected with Paul at J. Vair Jewellers, and from the beginning, he was outstanding. Kind. Considerate. Patient. And genuinely passionate about watches. I’m new to the watch journey. I had questions. A lot of them. Paul answered every one. He took the time to walk me through the different watches, explain the options, and help me understand what I was actually looking for. It took more than one visit, and there was never any pressure. No rush. No attempt to simply make a sale. Paul understood that finding the right watch takes time. He guided me through the process, answered my laundry list of questions, and gave me the space to figure out what I truly wanted. And when I finally found it, I knew. That is what stood out most about the entire experience. It never felt like Paul was trying to sell me a watch. It felt like he was genuinely interested in helping me find the timepiece that was right for me. I could not be happier with my purchase. A huge thank you to Paul and the entire team at J. Vair Jewellers. The experience was exceptional from start to finish. I will be back. And I would not hesitate for a second to recommend them. 5/5 stars. Outstanding. Ryan

  Super happy with my experiences at J Vair! All the staff are very friendly and my husband and I never feel sales pressure while visiting the store. Seriously - we always feel welcomed and respected when we walk in. In particular I would like to mention Jenny on the jewelry side and Brad on the watch side. Jenny was very knowledgeable and attentive with us as she was showing us various jewelry options. She also explained to us her suggestions for a repair on my wedding ring and helped us get that underway. Brad has been our sales rep for watches and he is great! Over the last year I am sure we have spent hours with him as we have explained to him our goals for our watch collection, and he has ultimately helped us to decide on and purchase some watches. He is professional (I appreciate how he comes over to quickly shake our hands when we come into the store even if he can't immediately visit with us) and easy to make conversation with. He clearly knows a ton about watches and he is very passionate. He answers our endless questions and is SOOO patient. Most recently he helped me decide on and buy my absolute dream watch. Still can't believe he made that happen!! I am really grateful for all of his help, and we know that we will be back!

  Nice looking store and the staff make attempts to be helpful. However, I did not have the best experience. I was excited to attend the store looking for a watch for my husband and I. Staff are quick to show you everything that you’re not looking for, however, the specific watches that we were interested in apparently are not available. If that’s the case, then why advertise that you sell them? This song and dance for people that are looking for Rolexes is very insulting to customers, being told that I have to spend tens of thousands of dollars with a particular store only to have an opportunity to potentially purchase a watch is not just frustrating, I would say it’s bad business.
