I went straight home from picking it up and placed it in a vase instantly all the flower pedals were falling off and most of the flowers were squished. Was only offered a replacement and no refund available. I went to pick up the second bouquet the next day. Only two bouquets to choose from and they both were not in better shape. So I took the chance with the 2nd one and some flowers were already wilted when I removed from the wrapping bag. Definitely will be the last time I order from here. I'll stick with a proper flower shop next time.
