  am absolutely furious and extremely disappointed with Canada Goose. For a brand that charges such premium prices and positions itself as a luxury brand, your quality control and customer service are shockingly poor and completely unacceptable. I purchased my jacket directly from your official store in Canada. I tried on one jacket in the store, but your staff clearly packed a DIFFERENT jacket for me. When I returned to Thailand and unpacked it, I discovered that the jacket had a HOLE in it. I had not even worn it once! How is it acceptable for your staff to pack a different jacket from the one I personally tried on, without properly inspecting it first? This is completely unacceptable, especially for a supposedly high-end luxury brand. What is even more ridiculous is your after-sales service. I have attempted to contact Canada Goose through both email and telephone, yet getting any proper assistance has been incredibly difficult. I even followed your instructions and scanned the QR code you provided, only to discover that your registration system does not work properly for international customers. When I select Thailand, the system does not allow me to choose a province and displays an “Invalid Address” error. However, when I change the country to Canada, the province selection suddenly works. Is this seriously the level of service customers should expect from Canada Goose? I made the effort to visit Canada, your brand’s home country, and purchase directly from your official store because I trusted your reputation and expected exceptional quality. Instead, I received a defective jacket that was not even the exact one I tried on, followed by an exhausting and frustrating attempt to get customer support. How can a luxury brand at this price point have such poor quality control, careless store procedures, and such an unacceptable after-sales experience? I expect this complaint to be escalated to your senior management team immediately. I demand a proper explanation and a clear resolution, either a replacement or a full refund, without requiring me to return to Canada or pay additional costs for a problem caused by your store. Canada Goose charges luxury prices, yet the quality control and customer service I have experienced fall far below the standards your brand claims to represent. Absolutely unacceptable. I expect a serious response from an actual representative, not another automated message or an unusable registration link.

  I wanted to buy a lightweight jacket, I went in to try a few on because I seen some online but was in sure of exactly what I wanted. Rylan was very helpful and walked me through everything with buying a new jacket!
