  It was a great experience to go shopping here. Rylin is our sales, he is very patient, knowledgeable about their products. Happy to come back again if I have budget.

  We had the privilege to be attended by Happy at the CG store in Chinook. Such a patient, kind and very friendly person!!! Please keep her happy, and sales will skyrocket for sure.

  We recently shopped at the Canada Goose store in the Chinook Mall at Calgary. Upon entering the store we were greeted by the door greeter and quickly asked by a staff member Rylan if there was anything he could help with. My wife knew exactly what she was looking for and Rylan was quick to help. He made our shopping experience fun and we felt cared about while a few other staff members didn’t seem to give us the time of day. Thank you very much Rylan for being a kind soul, that quality is lacking in many sales people and they only care about the sale.

  這次的購物體驗非常特別。因為我想要的款式在附近區域只剩 Canada Goose Calgary 分店有庫存，於是我先在班夫分店完成付款，再開車過來取貨。取件時發現衣服有一點極細微的瑕疵，雖然現場店員非常認真且積極地協助處理，最終因庫存限制未能完美解決，但我仍對他們專業且誠懇的服務態度表示感謝。 I had a unique shopping experience here. Since the specific style I wanted was only in stock at the Canada Goose Calgary location, I paid for it at the Banff store and drove here to pick it up. Upon inspection, I noticed a very minor defect. Although the staff worked very hard and tried their best to resolve the issue, it couldn't be fully settled on the spot. Nevertheless, I truly appreciate their sincere and professional service. 今回は少し特殊な形で購入しました。希望のモデルが近隣では カナダグース・カルガリー店 にしか在庫がなかったため、まずバンフ店で支払いを済ませ、こちらに商品を受け取りに来ました。受け取りの際、ごくわずかな初期不良を見つけましたが、店員さんが非常に熱心かつ丁寧に対応してくれました。最終的に解決には至りませんでしたが、その誠実なカスタマーサービスには感謝しています。 #CanadaGoose #CalgaryShopping #CustomerService #加拿大鵝
