  Benel from Bass Pro 64th was so kind and helpful. He got my order and refunded the difference because it went on sale after I bought it. Ryan from 64th is so kind, sweet and knowledgeable hes worked there for 7 years and was helpful and really friendly to chat with. I really had a great experience with both of them.

  Someone explain to me why your coleman 1 literally propane tanks are $35 for ONE? When at Walmart they are $10 for one or $30 FOR A FOUR PACK!! Exactly the same tank. Exactly the same brand. exactly the same size. Pretty sure a markup that steep around camping season is... predatory?? And...illegal in some way I'm sure?? There's a difference between paying an extra $3-4 dollars cause it's a "specialty" store, but literally THREE TIMES THE PRICE THAT OTHER RETAILERS CAN CARRY IT??? That's messed up.

  I’m giving you five stars purely based on my husbands and i’s interaction with Sameer. We came in to buy bear spray as we are not from here and are doing a short hike. We were at the front speaking with Sameer asking questions about regulations etc. My husband is a licensed hunter and he simply asked if we were able to carry/use a gun as bear defence or if it’s illegal as once again, we are not from here. Well. whatever older woman was at the front desk area with Sameer made it her business to insert herself into our conversation with Sameer but came in with an extreme attitude as if we were asking stupid questions. We wanted to be informed and also just were curious as different provinces/parks have different rules and we are only privy to our provinces regulations. She was rude and did not need to insert herself as Sameer was answering our questions and informing us of what’s legal (bear spray which we did buy) and what’s illegal. Telling us the regulations and doing it kindly. I wish I took a peek at her name but I’d have a chat with her if I were the manager on polite customer service. You can very easily explain rules and regulations without having an attitude. Sameer, thank you for being kind and answering questions without judgement. You are a fantastic example of good customer service while still doing your job properly making sure we have the right info.
