I went in looking for some ammunition. As I am fairly new in the sport I had some questions regarding the different brands and loads. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable.

Bass Pro is truly a GREAT store, and I wanted to take a moment to recognize some amazing employees who made my dad’s day yesterday! My dad is really into hunting and camping, and our family is constantly shopping at Bass Pro. We have always had great experiences, but Kiana and Kathy went above and beyond this time. My dad noticed Kiana putting some items back and asked if she could help him find something in the hunting department. She explained that she wasn’t familiar with that department, but she was still more than willing to help him. All my dad needed was to find out if a specific product was in stock, since the website showed that there was some available. Kiana took the time to look it up and told him there was some in stock upstairs. She then noticed Kathy, who knew exactly where the product was, and Kathy immediately went and found it for him. My dad was honestly so relieved and grateful, especially because he is going hunting this weekend and had already checked another store where there was none left. He was really hoping and praying the Bass Pro on 64th would have some, and thanks to Kiana and Kathy, he got exactly what he needed! The cashier, Asyia, was also absolutely amazing and so kind to my dad. My dad actually made sure to ask Kiana for both her name and Kathy’s name because he wanted to make sure they received proper recognition for helping him right away, especially since everyone else in the hunting department was already busy helping other customers. What stood out the most was that even though Kiana wasn’t familiar with the hunting department, she still made sure my dad got the help he needed instead of just sending him away. That kind of customer service means so much. Bass Pro truly has some amazing employees, and we will definitely continue to stay loyal to this store. Huge props to Kiana, Kathy, and Asyia for making my dad’s day! We will definitely be back!

I recently went into the store and was helped by Eddy. He went above and beyond and helped me narrow down the guns I wanted. He also gave me great pointers I never even thought of. Thank you so much for the help Eddy. Your service was outstanding.

Met a super lady while shopping in your store. I was looking for a gift for my grandchildren and she saw the confusion in my face and quickly guided me to what I was seeing on the website. Had a very pleasant conversation and the Mrs felt great when Kayla complimented her handbag. We are not local but will shop in this store again very much thanks to the whole team
