- JSJewels Sarouri5 days ago5.0Excellent customer service! The jeans are great quality, stylish, and fit really well. The whole experience was smooth and pleasant from start to finish. Very happy with the purchase and would definitely recommend!

- SRsam rodriguezSep 20, 20261.0My overall experience at American Eagle was extremely disappointing. The customer service was unwelcoming and the experience left a lot to be desired. The one major exception was Courtney, she was absolutely fantastic! She was friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful, and completely stood out from the rest of the experience. Courtney honestly made the visit so much better. American Eagle definitely needs more employees like her because this place sucks.
- TSTaryn SMay 30, 20265.0Had the best time shopping at American Eagle today at Southcenter thanks to Brody. I felt like I was shopping with a friend the way they helped me out! I will definitely be returning. Thank you so much Brody :)
- SMSara MMay 15, 20263.0Came to pick up my order I placed online in store evening of May 14th one of the sweaters I was unsure of since they didn’t have the material it was made of listed so I asked the girl (Asian with long jewelled nails) who initially helped me retrieve the order if I could return the sweater I was unsure of, she said I’m sorry we can only exchange if you’d like to look around. I let her know I already had and I would just like to return the item, when ordering it online it never said anything along the lines of final sale or exchange only and I even pulled up the confirmation email and purchase history on the app. I asked her if I could then just get a store credit and she said no sorry. After asking to speak with anyone else. The manager on duty came over I explained the situation and he was sincerely understanding and refunded me the item I no longer wanted.
