- JCJessica Power CyrSep 25, 20261.0I got a beautiful Alo set as a gift. Went in store to exchange as the sizing was wrong. The store had limited colour options and styles. I was okay with that as I thought I could request a gift card to use online. Nope! You cannot use a gift card online. I asked if I could order to the store. Nope! They get shipments every day but I would need to come in and hopefully what I was looking for would be there. Ask to be added to a contact list. Nope. For those prices, I do expect a more elevated experience.
- YMYuliia MelnykSep 21, 20261.0Unfortunately, the quality of the clothing was disappointing - the sweater started pilling after just two wears. I am very disappointed with both the product quality and the manager’s attitude. While I’m glad I got a refund, it left a really bad taste in my mouth. The manager insisted that in all his years working there, no one had ever returned an item for pilling, essentially making me feel like a liar. A quick look at the reviews below proves otherwise regarding their item quality.
- EEElla EjazAug 16, 20265.0The girls at ALO are all extremely welcoming and work super hard to find you what you need. I was so happy to find trousers that are perfect for work. Thanks girls!!
- CLChris LeeAug 7, 20265.0Was looking for a gift for my mother at ALO - Zein specifically was of great help - answering all relevant questions regarding the product, and making it a very enjoyable experience. Thank you Zein!
- MGMarra GilloMay 19, 20265.0I wanted to try these shoes I’ve been eyeing for a while. I have been hesitant to go in and try them on as I find the price of the items here are pretty steep. Although I didn’t end up getting the shoes, Julia was very kind and patient with getting the sizes I needed. She didn’t treat me any differently with my work clothes and ragged shoes coming in. I see that the online reviews for this location is not very good regarding customer service but I had an opposite experience. It’s not just Julia but the other 2 that was helping her was also kind and had welcoming smiles. Thank you!
