  Horrible Horrible Horrible Experience. Awful Customer Service. I had bought an item which i ended up not liking. I took it back to the store a few days later with the price tag on it. They refused to refund/exchange or anything for the product as they said there is no tag inside the item (the tag that talks about what material its made from etc). I tried to tell them that this is how the product came, and they gave me all this bs about how they double check to ensure that tags aren't missing (when I literally watch them not do any of that at time of purchase). Anyways, they refused, their supervisor refused, and apparently they have no manager in store for any time in the near future... lol... wth... Anyways I contacted online customer service and they are no better either, spewing the same garbage. They said they will take it into consideration and get back to me... i highly doubt any changes... This will be the last time I step foot in this store, as well, as shop ALO... To anyone reading this, remember one thing, sales will also have a smile on their face to make a sale... its in the times of issues where there true colors are shown. Look at the reviews of this location... do yourself a favor and don't even bother going inside.

  I almost didn't stop by because of some of the reviews, but I'm glad I did. I was looking for a gift for my daughter-in-law so I ended up going. The store was clean and nice. I have only ever shopped online a few times so this was my first time going in any Alo location in-person. Although, the music was a bit loud so it felt a bit chaotic at times. The staff were incredibly helpful! I was looking for a few specific shirts that I had seen online but I had no idea what size to get her since I’ve found the sizing to be inconsistent. I was quite overwhelmed but they provided several different recommendations. I am a bit unsure of what is “trendy” these days LOL. My daughter-in-law loved my gift! The customer service was excellent. I have seen other reviews regarding the clothing quality and I have had some of the same issues. Personally, I stay away from the sweatshirts. I have not had an issue with my other items so far. I do not typically make reviews but I would like to share my own experience at this specific location. Perhaps I came in on a good day but I had a wonderful experience.

  To be honest with how much ALO charges they need to train their staff better. What use is a group of people just standing around and looking clueless. The only consistent person is the greeter and only 1 girl ever offered assistance despite us coming back to the store a few times browsing. In the fitting rooms, once they let you in, you’re out of sight & out of mind. No one came to see if I needed sizes and when I left the changing room no one was in sight. Just four people standing around 1 cash register. Also the fact that my profile on the online store is separate from the physical store is stupidity.

  If I could give them a zero I would. For a company that charges luxury prices, the customer service was surprisingly poor. I came in to exchange a sale item for a different size. The store didn’t have the size I needed in my original colour, and when I asked about other colours (which were all included in the same sale when purchased), I was told I would need to pay full price or check other stores to see who carries it. Policies are one thing. Customer service is another. Way too many staff on that floor chit chatting and not once did anyone try to find a solution, offer an alternative, or show any interest in helping. The attitude was essentially, “That’s the policy,” and that was the end of the conversation. Alo spends a lot of time building a premium image. Unfortunately, the in store experience didn’t match the brand at all. Lululemon is way better quality anyways and treats people with respect. Won’t be back again.

  Inattentive staff, brought multiple wrong pieces of clothing to change room, unaware of any styles/ colours available. Avoidant and rude, save your trip and shop online!
