  Ordered online and it said it would be ready in two hours. I was done my running around and it had been 4 hours and no email it was ready for pick up. Went into the store and asked the girl at the counter and she said I needed to wait until she served the whole line (I had waited inline until it was my turn to speak to her). I had already paid and did so to skip all of this inconvenience . I feel as though I already paid and ordered and she should have went and got the order not made me wait while she served everyone else (20mins). Much better customer service at market mall. So frustrating. There was no convenience in ordering online.

  This store never has a good variety of sizes in stock, always XS or XL like i always go there to try on and then order online and some of the employees can be rude when you tell them you’ll just buy online like if you have the sizes in the back why aren’t the sizes on the floor ?

  I went there to buy jeans and I think it was Chloe that helped me, she was super helpful and gave me good advice, and I left with one of my favourite jeans!

  I was treated like a complete inconvenience and received no points for my purchase even though I have a points account and gave my information. I didn't request a paper receipt because I wrongfully assumed my purchase would be attached to my account when my points phone number was given.
