  I had a great experience at Fire & Flower. Jode and Megan were both incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. They took the time to answer my questions, offered great recommendations, and made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. Their customer service was outstanding, and it’s clear they genuinely care about their customers. I’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend!

  I just recently went into this store. The customer service was amazing, the staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. They helped me make an educated decision on the product I would enjoy best. I will be back again.

  I came in with a valid ID, I come into the store almost every day if not every other day to make purchases, I am a regular customer, and was denied my ability to make a purchase… The employee working would not sell me product based off of a one star review that my partner had left, not me. It was super odd and extremely unprofessional that they were even questioning me about the review when they didn’t even know who I was. And then denying me the ability to make a purchase, it’s unfortunate that I will have to find a different dispensary to purchase from. I’ve never had an issue with any other dispensaries in Beaumont besides this one. most stores wanna work with customers to have one star reviews taken down or changed to five stars… not have more one stars reviews added by just refusing to sell to a customer for no real logical reason besides the fact that somebody else left a one star review.

  The blond women who works here is atrocious and rude for no reason. She has decided she doesn’t like my partner so she won’t Allow him to buy distillate even though he is sober and has valid ID? It just seems beyond unprofessional to refuse to serve to someone just because you don’t like them… The owner of this dispensary is a very kind person and I wish to delete this review, but unfortunately cannot because this blonde woman is just so rude for absolutely no reason. my partner came in two days ago and was able to buy dabs from a different employee, but now was being refused by this blonde woman because she simply does not like him. She needs some training on professionalism and customer service!! Is she aware shes working for a business not at a high school 😂🤷🏼‍♀️ she tried claiming we are banned upon calling the owner this is not true, this employee is just stuck in high school and is unaware how to present professionalism.
