  I’ve been a long time a committed customer to canna cabana, however, in the past year, I have heavily shifted to this store because the customer service experience you get MAKES a difference. Every single time I walk in, the energy is so positively contagious and I always come out with the best bang for my buck. Shoutout to Meaghan who has made me a forever customer to this store! You guys are the best!

  With the customer in front of me the blonde will offer to price check each item very joyfully but has never offered that to me. I stopped going here after it happened twice in the last month as I felt the blonde did not like me and wanted me gone. Seems biased towards favourite customers. I asked for a price match once and got a lot of huffing and sighing. Other local shops are cheaper and friendlier.

  I work In Beaumont and hit this store at least once every two weeks. I have NEVER had a problem with a staff member before but this time was different. I had placed an online order about 6 hours before I went to pick it up. I am disabled and came in with my cane, a gentleman in front of me and one other patron at the til. The patron and the worker clearly knew each other and were talking about old times, School, hockey, people they knew and what they're doing now. Normal talk for people meeting up.. but last I checked this is a place of business and conversation should be kept to a minimum. As someone who worked in customer service for 20 years, I was appalled at how little the gentleman behind the desk cared about the other two people waiting in line. At one point the gentleman In front of me made eye contact and shook his head. I waited In Line for almost 10 mins before being served for my already packaged order. He did not apologize to me but he did to the man in front of me which also irritated me. I've never seen this worker before and I sure hope I don't again. I don't doubt he's a good worker but there is a time and a place for personal conversation and when there are patrons waiting in line, that is no the time for extensive bullshitting conversation with your friends. I will return because the staff is awesome, very fast, friendly and knowledgeable but I hope to not see him again. Disappointed. *** Edit: This store has fantastic staff and a good selection of items I regularly purchase and keep them in stock. Always fast, efficient and when you have trouble with something they're always willing to go over and above. My experience with that particular worker would have been remedies if he would have apologized for the wait. That's all that was needed. Gentle customer service. I appreciate the response from the owner and I will return to this location again.
