  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ If I could give Megan more than 5 stars, I absolutely would! Megan at Fire & Flower is seriously AMAZING. Every single time we come in, she makes us feel so incredibly welcome. She’s friendly, knowledgeable, hilarious, and just has the kind of personality that instantly makes your day better. Her recommendations are always spot on. She really listens, knows her stuff, and somehow always manages to point me in the right direction. At this point, I genuinely trust whatever Megan recommends! 😂🙌 But beyond the great service, it’s Megan herself who keeps us looking forward to coming back. She remembers us, makes us feel valued, and turns a simple store visit into such a fun and positive experience every single time. We absolutely LOVE her. ❤️ Fire & Flower, please protect Megan at all costs because she is an absolute GEM and exactly the kind of person you want representing your store! 100/10 customer service.   ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I've visited this store several times, and every experience has been excellent. Emma has helped me on multiple occasions, and each time she has been friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely engaged. She doesn't just point you toward a product—she takes the time to spark a conversation about what's available in the store, answer questions, and make recommendations based on what you're looking for. Great customer service can be hard to find these days, and Emma consistently goes above and beyond to create a welcoming experience. We need more people like Emma. Highly recommended!

  I’m not someone who usually uses these products but when I fell down the stairs five months ago, Megan helped me with what I would need to buy in order to manage my pain. She was spot on and extremely helpful. Will definitely be back.

  Megan is a star. I’ve never been to the Beaumont fire&flower but she made me feel welcome and was kind and accommodating. I would drive 30+ mins just to buy from her. Megan was so helpful too she found out what we needed and got us the best!! Even though the temporary ID’s are not acceptable she still treated my man with respect before kicking him out🤣 thanks for everything Megan <3

  I had such a great experience at Fire & Flower with Emma. I was honestly a little nervous because I don’t know much about products, but seeing a familiar face from my high school immediately made me feel so much more comfortable! She was incredibly knowledgeable, took the time to answer all of my questions, and recommended products that fit exactly what I was looking for. The customer service was amazing, and I’ll definitely be coming back! Thanks again for making my experience so easy and welcoming :))
