Everyone was knowledgeable about the products and genuinely happy to help. The store has a great atmosphere and the team went above and beyond to make sure I found what I was looking for. I would definitely recommend this location and will happily come back next time I’m in Banff!

Not only were they super friendly, had great knowledge of all the Lulu products but also offered to order whatever wasn’t available in store. The shop is nice and big, very clean and organised, and it also offers a great variety of items they even have a shoe section! We were helped by a beautiful blonde girl from the UK and a really friendly guy from France. Thank you so much for making shopping at this Lulu location such a great experience!
