This was an online order and it would have taken 5 minutes, what a joke... the staff is incredibly rude Update: the management reached out and made things right. They ensured us this was a mistake and they focus on making sure everyone has a great experience in their shop. It's how you handle a mistake that matters and we would definitely go back next season.
