Unprofessional staff. I witnessed an older man with a grey beard working in the store step outside and yell at a member of public, calling him stupid. Not sure what is was about but the staff member seemed emotionally unstable and perhaps mentally unwell. This does not reflect well on Can-Ski as there we several other people who noticed this outburst. I hope he gets the help he needs...

My son split a ski that we had purchased from a different store in Whistler. We went to that store to warranty it and were told that it would take 2-3 weeks to get an answer back and we would pretty much have to wait.
I came into CanSki and spoke with the manager Jeff to try and figure out how to get my son back on the mountain skiing. He offered to contact the Rossignol rep to see what they could do. He was able to get a full warranty replacement and offered the new skis out of his current stock. My son was super stoked to be back on the mountain the next day, sporting a new replacement set of skis. Highest recommendations to Jeff and CanSki!!
